Tom Conklin

Jarred joined Tom Conklin State Farm in August 2016. He has worked in customer service for 20 years. Jarred is able to help customers with all their insurance needs. He is also very involved with our farming customers. Jarred is here for all their crop insurance needs. When he is away from the office, Jarred enjoys being with his family outdoors to hunt, fish or help on the family farm.

Ella joined the team in May 2023. She is one of our customer service representatives. She grew up in the area and enjoys continuing to contribute to the community. She spends her spare time with her family and friends and believes that life should be lived to the fullest.

Jaelyn joined our team in April 2024, and has been in the insurance industry since 2017. She loves to form one on one relationships with customers to better help their insurance and financial needs. A graduate of Illini Bluffs, she has been a Fulton County native all her life. She currently lives in Farmington with her husband and daughter and loves the community. In her spare time, she loves being outdoors and on the water.

Salina has been with the Tom Conklin State Farm team since 2016. She enjoys getting to know the State Farm customers and helping them with their customer service needs. She is married with two children, who are very active in sports. (They keep her quite busy!) When she is not cheering on her kids, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Lisa has been a part of our team, since November 2018. Lisa focuses on customer service. While away from work she is very involved with her family. Lisa enjoys swimming, boating, and being outdoors in general. She was raised in the small town of Avon, IL and still loves small town life. She is always on the go with her child between sports, school activities and life!

Kaylee has been a part of the team since October 2022 and works as an Account Services Representative. She grew up in Monmouth IL. Kaylee attended Western Illinois University as a student athlete from 2018-2020, and then transferred to Monmouth college where she finished out her education and athletic career. She graduated from Monmouth College with a degree in Psychology, in May of 2022. Outside of the office Kaylee enjoys playing volleyball and spending time with friends, family, and her dog.

Rachel has been part of the Tom Conklin State Farm Team since the summer of 2021. She grew up in Fairview and is here to lend a hand to State Farm neighbors! She also runs our social media and marketing. Rachel is a U of I grad, and enjoys watching Illinois basketball, I-L-L! She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends when out of the office.

Bryan joined the Tom Conklin State Farm team in May 2022. Bryan is able to help customers with all of their insurance needs. He grew up in Mapleton and currently resides in Elmwood with his wife and 2 children. A 1997 graduate of Lewis University, go Flyers!! He loves running around attending his kids various sporting events and in his spare time greatly enjoys hanging out with family and friends.

Wally joined the team in April 2023. He grew up in Germany and South Korea. He moved to the Macomb area in 2003 and recently moved back to the area after 5 years in San Antonio. He is passionate about customer service and helping others. Outside of the office he loves spending time with his wife and two children.

Zach joined the Tom Conklin State farm team in August 2023. Zach is able to help customers with all of their insurance needs. He grew up in Lewistown and currently lives there. Zach attended Central Methodist University in Fayette, Missouri as a student athlete from 2019-2023, #TakeFlight! Outside of the office, Zach enjoys hunting, watching sports, and spending time with family and friends.
